Summary
Due to different sources of waste oil, the different processing results which are requested by customers, we need to make customized blue print to meet their demand.
Case One
Waste oil physical characteristics:
1.Oil sludge from refinery factory.
2.More than 50% water contain inside.
3.Impurity contain more than 10%, including weeds, life garbage.
4.Bad flowability, oil density is 0.98.
Customer Request:
1.Water contain less than 5%.
2. Get rid of the impurity which is less than 5%.
3. Make waste oil sludge into workable industrial black fuel oil.
Technical difficulties:
1.Too much water contain inside.
2.Some big size impurity inside, need to cut into pieces first.
Our blue print for this customer:
1.Heating bolier heat oil to 150°，put oil water separation chemical iniside,use blender pump and wait to oil and water separation.
2.After sendimentation, most water is drained out.The left mixture are sent to rubbish sorting system, the big size solid is separated from the mixture and washed.
3.After first and second step, the left mixture is oil sludge with small quantity water. Send this mixture to drying system dry the sludge out, then go to the second solid & liquid separation machine.
4.Send the mixture to oil&water separation machine can separate water contain less than 2%.
